A. Atleast one sale per day is required. The fixed component (in attachment) is $ 5 x 8
hours per person; the variable component is for every extra sale over and above one

B. In case they do not achieve even one sale per day we pay up $ 5 x 8 hours x 30%.

SPECIFICATION –
1. Document required for sign-up – Company profile, Management and Work force detail, Bank detail, Previous work detail, Letter of Intent.
2. Company will pay 20% to 50% in advance as per Anx-1 of weekly billing, before starting the commercial.
3. Company will pay Monthly billing amount as per Anx - II.
4. Company will provide complete training online or offline (if required) as per the technical specification before starting the project.
5. Client will pay Rs.25000/- as a processing fee.
6. Company will give rework as per the Anx-III.

3. Company having adequate documents with 2+ year experience in data conversion business and two reference letter from parent company regarding successful completion of work – 35% of monthly billing.
4. Company having adequate documents with 3+ year experience in data conversion business, three reference letter from parent company regarding successful completion of work, and preferably having ISO certification – 50%

If we (Vendor Name) are not up to the accuracy level as per the eligibility and advance payment, guarantee can be enchased if both Vendor and the client accept the Quality failure.
Once the quality fails there is no advance payment in future only on the basis of output accuracy payments will be made monthly.

1. Total monthly billing – Rs. 4, 10,000/-.
2. Advance Payment (for ex – 25%)
